Entities & Requests (Lesson 1)

In the first lesson, learn how the Entity Object integrates with the FOIA objects in your workspace. Once a new entity is added, we will walk through the workflows of adding a new request, updating requests, creating tasks, and building internal requests. Each of these steps will integrate with the other objects, allowing you to see the full potential for the FOIA objects in your processes.

In the second lesson, explore FOIA-specific coding layouts, multi-object fields, and FOIA-specific integrations with Automated Workflows, Review Center, and the PDF application. Complete this course to wrap-up your existing knowledge of FOIA-specific workflows and for a jumping-off point to learning about document review and release workflows.
