This training focuses on the skills and tools needed to create a standard case workspace, including creating the object framework, configuring job profiles, building fields and layouts, and setting workspace permissions. In this course, we discuss the hybrid structure of Admin Foundations I: Case Administration training, including the self-paced learning path and the live session, to communicate what to expect and how to successfully complete the training.
- In the self-paced learning path, learners are introduced to the foundational knowledge to enable them to build, configure, and customize a workspace in Relativity.
- In the live session, we build upon the framework gained from the self-paced course to teach learners how to further customize the workspace by creating a new object to collect and store data.
